Kelley O'Neill Kohr

Kelley is a seasoned attorney with a legal career spanning more than 25 years. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law, where she served as the Associate Editor of the Willamette Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arizona State University.

Kelley’s diverse legal career has spanned from both law firms and corporate environments, providing her with a unique perspective in the complexities of the legal field. Her knowledge includes five years focused on corporate and healthcare law, during which she served as Associate Counsel at VSP, the nation’s largest vision insurance company. Additionally, Kelley has a strong background in digital marketing, having worked as a consultant since 2011, where she helped small and mid-sized businesses maximize their web presence and grow revenue.
