Chris acks as CEO and is a principal shareholder of the law firm. He leads the firm’s practice areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Tax Law. He is proficient and knowledgeable on assisting clients with various estate planning matters ranging from simple to the more advanced and complex estates.

Kevins experience is focused in the areas of government contracts, commercial real estate, and a variety of small business issues including teaming agreements, joint ventures, mentor protege agreements, SBA rules and regulations, NDA’s, OCI’s, and applicable State and Federal regulations.

Kelley Kohr is a seasoned attorney with a legal career spanning more than 25 years. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law, where she served as the Associate Editor of the Willamette Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arizona State University.
