Kevin Pethick leads Austin & Pethick’s Commercial Real Estate, Government Contracts and Business Practice. Kevin’s experience in commercial real estate spans a 20-year period, with the first 8 years spent as a commercial real estate attorney for two large law firms, including 3 years with Barnes & Thornburg in Indianapolis and 5 years with Smith Anderson in Raleigh.
Chris Austin leads Austin & Pethick’s Estate Planning, Probate and Tax Practice. Chris began his own law practice straight out of law school. Being a first-generation college graduate, Chris prides himself on being diligent, self-motivated and determined.

Our Non-Attorney Staff
Curt has a track record of successful business ventures. He founded, owned and operated two businesses before he was 28, selling the last of the two businesses at 31. This experience has also allowed him the opportunity to directly help others in starting and efficiently operating their businesses. He has experience in sales, marketing, management, finances, systems, procedures, paralegal work and much more. His can do attitude and ability to assess Austin & Pethick Law Firm from a business perspective allows our Lawyers to focus on doing the best job possible for our clients.
Charles Griffith “Griff” Doolittle
Charles Griffith “Griff” Doolittle focuses on commercial and residential real estate law as well as business law at Austin and Pethick Law Firm. Doolittle has worked at law firms in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia where he has obtained experience in various areas of transactional law as well as litigation. Doolittle earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He went on to get his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
